The officials on duty are not to handle ordinary administrative procedure such as: AIRE registration, civil status changes, passports or ID card, citizenship applications, notarial services, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What to do if your identity document is lost or stolen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Immediately file a report with the Estonian Police Authority. A complete list of police stations in Estonia with their opening hours is available at the following link: Departments &#8211; Police and Border Guard Board. You can submit your report by email to <a href=\"mailto:ppa@politsei.ee\">ppa@politsei.ee<\/a> (preferably in English).
