For the <strong>2026\/2027 academic year<\/strong>, the <strong>ICoN \u2013 Italian Culture on the Net Consortium<\/strong> is offering <strong>three semester scholarships<\/strong>, providing partial coverage of the enrolment fees.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative offers an excellent opportunity to earn an Italian university degree without relocating to Italy, thanks to a fully online learning programme.<\/p>\n<h2>About ICoN<\/h2>\n<p>Founded in 1999, <strong>ICoN \u2013 Italian Culture on the Net<\/strong> is a consortium of <strong>twelve leading Italian universities<\/strong> committed to promoting the Italian language and culture worldwide through e-learning and innovative digital technologies.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree Programme in Italian Language and Culture<\/strong> is delivered entirely online on behalf of the member universities. Students benefit from digital learning materials, live online classes, academic tutoring, and an international virtual learning environment that brings together participants from around the world.<\/p>\n<h2>Scholarships<\/h2>\n<p>For the <strong>2026\/2027 academic year<\/strong>, ICoN is offering <strong>three semester scholarships<\/strong> for students enrolling in the <strong>first semester of the first year<\/strong>, beginning in <strong>September 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Each scholarship provides a <strong>\u20ac300 reduction<\/strong> in the enrolment fee for the first semester and applies to the <strong>Didactic-Linguistic Curriculum (DIL)<\/strong> of the Bachelor&#8217;s Degree Programme.<\/p>\n<h3>Eligibility<\/h3>\n<p>The scholarships are open to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>foreign nationals;<\/li>\n<li>Italian citizens residing abroad;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>provided they meet the admission requirements for enrolment at an Italian university.<\/p>\n<h3>How to apply<\/h3>\n<p>Applications will be accepted <strong>from 13 July to 8 September 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>To apply, candidates must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>register on the ICoN Bachelor&#8217;s Degree Programme portal;<\/li>\n<li>complete the online application procedure;<\/li>\n<li>take the Italian language test required under the scholarship call and obtain a minimum score of <strong>60\/100<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>submit all the required documentation by the application deadline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Applications will be assessed by an ICoN Selection Committee, which will draw up a ranking based on the criteria set out in the scholarship call.
