Today, August 8th, we celebrate the “National Day of Sacrifice of Italian Workers in the World” which coincides with the commemoration of the mining accident in Marcinelle, Belgium, where 262 miners, including 136 Italians, lost their lives in the Bois du Cazier mine in 1956.
On this occasion, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Antonio Tajani addressed a message to all Italians abroad, available in the attachment.
