The 2026 Embassy of Italy in Tallinn call for sponsorships to support the promotion of cultural, scientific and commercial initiatives in Estonia, is now open. This initiative is part of the Embassy’s efforts to enhance the image of Italy and Made in Italy, including the celebration of the Italian National Day.
The call is open to companies, associations, public and private entities, foundations, and institutions interested in supporting the Embassy’s activities through technical or financial sponsorships. Sponsors will have the opportunity to promote their logo, brand, or corporate message on multimedia and electronic promotional materials or during the events.
Financial sponsorships are divided into three levels:
- Platinum (€4,000 or more): visibility on all Embassy promotional materials, the possibility to display materials during events, participation in business missions, and invitations to cultural and promotional events;
- Gold (€2,000 or more): visibility on multimedia and electronic promotional materials;
- Silver (€1,000 or more): visibility on promotional materials linked to a single event.
Applications must be submitted in writing using the attached form, either by post, hand delivery, or digitally signed email, within the deadlines specified in the call. The Embassy will evaluate submissions based on transparency, fairness, effectiveness, and suitability, and reserves the right to award multiple sponsorships or contact potential sponsors directly.
